Richard Charpentier is a classically trained French baker, Certified Master Baker, holds a degree in Baking Science from KSU with a minor in Cereal Chemistry as well as a degree in Sales and Marketing from Benjamin Morel, France.  Richard is working with hemp proteins and is baking with hemp to deliver nutritious, delicious and gluten-free options.  Hemp holds great potential for increasing our nutrition in a plant-based manner.
